Yesterday we went for our fourth visit to All Saints as part of our learning about what Christian people believe. We heard the story of the good shepherd and sang a song about the story.
Yesterday we got to meet our new teammates. We then did a few teambuilding activities. The favourite was definitely the human knot…
A little game to play at home. Please focus on 1-50.
We had a really good start to the new term. I was very impressed with how focused everyone was, clearly the break did them good.
Here we are spotting the /ai/ phoneme in phonics.
WORLD BOOK DAY & BRING AND BUY COSTUME SALE
The whole school will be celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 5 March. On World Book Day, all children are given a World Book Day book token, and children are invited to come into school dressed as their favourite book character.
In an attempt to recycle old costumes we will be holding a ‘bring and buy sale’ of dressing up costumes on Friday 28 February. We are appealing for donations of outgrown clean costumes for all ages! Please leave donations at the school office in the week commencing Monday 23 February. Thank you for your support.
To celebrate the app being approved by the DfE, they have made it free until Friday 28th Feb (usually £5).
If you haven’t got it yet, now’s the time.
I hope everyone is having a good half term.
See you all Monday.
